What's the return & exchange policy?

We gladly accept exchanges and returns for store credit of new and unused products within 7 days of the purchase date. There is a $5 return shipping fee for any returns or exchanges that are not damaged. To start a return, email info [at] theblackgirlsjournal.com. A return label will be provided to you and the returned or exchanged item must be received by our facility within 10 days from the date the return label is sent to you. Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be new and unused, the exchange or return will be processed.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Shipping is via USPS and can generally take 3 to 5 days to be delivered after shipment.
